Authenticity will be the greatest issue here. I don't see any other way other than OP having to slowly build up reputation, without falling to scammers. Wish you the best of luck!

All the watches i deal with are fully authentic (original). They will include all documents and receipts for authentication. They are shipped from Europe. Most of the times prices will be better than retail. International shipping is possible as long as the buyer pays for the shipping. Photos can be provided if requested before purchase.
Note to all who are interested: I have had many inquiries and more than 90% of people inquiring had no intention of purchasing the watch, so from now on I will be asking a small Deposit from people that don't have much reputation here on bitcointalk.
