We learn everyday bro, I actually learned that from a friend too, he staked twice on the same prediction and when the first few games was successful, he saw a huge cash out offer by the casino but he only accepted one and allowed the second ticket. At the end, the game cut but he didn't lose totally because of the first cash out that he accepted. Since then, anytime I have enough money to bet on a game, I bet on it twice.
Lol and they say people can’t rely on techniques and experience when it comes to gambling. I only got to learn about this technique not too long ago, if I had known about this a while longer then I bet I would have benefited more because I’ve refused taking pretty nice cash outs simply because I don’t like the idea of cashing out, only for me to lose the whole bet, not like I regret my decision of not cashing out, but if I had applied this technique then I would’ve actually went home with something, even if the bet was lost. But yeah people learn everyday, and it’s quite unfortunate I learned the hard way, lol.
On the moment that you would really be having that kind of experience or have tested out then you would really be able to realize on what are the advantages when you do have the option that you could really be able to cash out early on which on the moment that the bet was a lost then you would really be able to make yourself having at least that kind of opportunity on getting something in the end of the line.
One of the main reasons on why people would really be pushing up their bet slip until the very end just because they do really want that they will really be able to win up it completely and wont really be
liking on getting the partial of it. There would really be those individuals that will really be that sticking into something that they do prefer and wont really be minding about on cashing out early even if they do have the opportunity on doing so. There are really just that those people who doesnt like or mind such feature and would be sticking into their own ways.

Overall I think yes that is the best option that can be chosen by a gambler, namely by cashing out the winnings first, especially if the amount is more than 2x the capital you bring. Although basically we are in a winning situation, it still does not mean we should forget about precautions, believe that the joy you feel is because you are in a winning situation, and when it turns out that the last game changes the situation to lose, then it is clear that disappointment is very likely to dominate, so it is always right to cash out first before regret dominates, but if you can accept the various possibilities produced by the last game, then please continue the game if you want to continue the game.
x2 of the capital would really be the sweet spot on making some cash out but somewhat it will really be the toughest decision that you would really be making since you dont really have that kind of thinking on the moment that you would really be dealing up with gamblnig on that particular moment. The best thing that you will be having in mind is finishing up the game or bet slip and be able to get that full potential winning on which this is something which we do all prefer as a gambler. There would really be those individuals who do really likes or easily get contented when they do already earn that sufficient amount on the moment that they do make out some bets. It will really be that just a matter of preference on this case but make it sure that you wont really be ending up on having some regrets in the end of the line.

Waiting for the game to conclude and wont caring about the money that could potentially win does signifies that you are really that playing gambling for the sake of fun and not for making money.
Yes, we do really want to win up something big but it would really be impossible that you wouldnt be thinking off but there are individuals who do much prefer on making up that straight bet without
touching up or getting out early not until they would be finishing it out.

Yes, basically it doesn't matter if you want to continue the game until the final bet slip, but as I said above, make sure you are able to account for whatever the results are, I understand that the opportunity to get a much larger amount of winnings is very tempting, but on the other hand we also have to think that coming out with a zero balance will also definitely hurt, so this is a matter of choice that depends on your readiness to accept the risk.

For myself, I sometimes cash out the winnings before reaching the last game without caring too much about the high chances of winning in the last game session, but sometimes I also finish it to the end, gambling for fun doesn't always have to end in defeat, I think it's more about how smart you are in taking advantage of every opportunity that exists, because cashing out winnings is certainly fun.

For what I know about this cash out option that some bookies introduced to their platform, both the bookie and players have benefited from the feature because, some players could receive a huge cashout from their potential win and the game might still burst causing bookie to lose, vice versa.
Cashing out can be the best or the worst option a gambler can ever make while gambling, why did I say this? When a gambler cashes out, there are two things involved, he’ll be very satisfied with his decision if the game eventually goes bazaar because he’ll be able to go home with a partial win, and if eventually the game plays according to his predictions, he’ll be left with nothing but regrets to the extent that even the partial winning wouldn’t be enough compensation for him. I’ve been there multiple times and I know just how that feels, and I can say that the regret that comes with cashing out when you could’ve had the whole package is way more worse than deciding not to cash out and losing the entire bet.

That's true, but due to this reasons I don't only bet on one ticket after making a prediction. If I take my time to analyze the table and I make predictions that am 80% sure that by right, it should go as predicted, what I do is to double bet on that prediction.  If maybe I had want to bet $10 on the game, I will just split it and bet on the game twice, $5 each. If while the game is on going and I get a significant cash out, I will accept just one cashout and leave the other one.
This is pretty much a good idea and one I've never really thought off, how incredible and a proof that indeed; we learn every day, maybe I will apply this strategy in my betting when I finally resume betting on sports games again.

This a good strategy because it gives the gambler some really good options and opportunities, I just imagine where I take a cashout offer (profit) while allowing the other game to run to the end, if at the end, the game played in my favor, I make even bigger profit to join to the one I've made when I cashout the first bet.
But if in the end of the game, it turned out it didn't play in my favor, I lost the second bet and money, but profit I made when I accepted the cashout for the first bet, must or should cover for the loss sustained in the second bet, this is an amazing betting idea to be honest, I will definitely put this into practice when I start betting again.

I’d cashout because it’s still a great return, if that final game doesn’t go your way you win nothing.

1,000,000 stake (this is naira right?) and walking away with over 12,000,000 is good enough for me.

Cashing out your winning is not a good idea and it's better you lose the bets than to cash it out prematurely.
Gambling is mind and it is good we are focus to get the kind of results that we are looking for. If you get used to the habit of cashing out bets immediately, you might lose fortunes . mostly on difficult bets that can look like it's not going to end  up in a win. Every gamblers need that huge winnings to make a difference from the rest gambler. It is wise if you don't cashout the money and wait for the price to to hit the ending game before you know whether you are going to cashout or not.

This your strategy of double-betting one particular slip is what I've also been using in my gambles especially on games I have absolute confidence on. This simple betting strategy leaves you with little chances of losing your bet at the end because if the game is over 80% gone, you can cash out one of the slips and then leave the other to continue running. If at the end you still win in both slips, you will be happy but if the last few games cuts the last slip you refuse to cash out, you'll at least recover the funds you used in staking both slips from the slip you already cashed out.

I think that several factors can influence such a decision, including the influence of the community. However, the influence of the community is not always the main determinant, as evidenced by the fact that not everyone who makes a cashout plays within a community, and most of them make the decision themselves.

Being influenced by the opinion of the community is influenced by the psychological factors of the gambler, and it is known that it is always better not to follow these influences in making decisions at any stage of the bet.

One of the most important factors determining this is the bet amount and the value of the remaining odds at the time of the cashout. For example, if the initial bet amount is large, the profit percentage from the cashout can be good, especially if the remaining odds are not guaranteed. Also, when the bet amount is small, the profit value will certainly not be considered except with risky odds, and therefore the player will be more comfortable ignoring the cashout offer.

It can be a good strategy for you. But I think a gambler must take risks to gamble. We should not gamble if we fail to take risks or are afraid to take risks because of our own losses. Because we should never bet with money that we can't lose or that could cause us big problems. A gambler must prioritize risk before gambling. If I think I'm going to run away rather than take a risk, why should I gamble? It is better to bet carefully than to cash out. Because if the bet is won after the cash out then the gambler's remorse will be greatly increased.

Spread to few bets aren't a bad option, it's to minimize the risk to lose. If we're only relying on one bet, sometime it will make you headache for thinking to cashout or wait, this could affect your mental.

Honestly I don't like to bet long parlay, the risk is too big.

I would choose to bet underdog on many match, so I have no headache to cashout or not.

Betting on parlay bets with a low nominal amount of money compared to single bets, I think the risk is the same because nothing is really safe. Unless, if you bet on a single bet and with a low nominal amount of money, then it makes you have a low risk in betting. But, about cashing out bets when the match is still being played, then usually if we are going to cash out bets when the  match is still being played then usually we will only get lower money.

Thus, if we think it would be better to cash it out to minimize losses, then that would still be good, because the feature is indeed for use and not just for viewing. But yes, this is indeed a choice for each gambler character, because some, including me, would prefer to let it go until the match ends,  because losing in gambling has been a risk that we have been aware of from the start.

There is risk in every games we are betting on and it's good we don't try to be greedy to the extent of losing the entire bets and blaming ourselves of not cashing out at the early time.

Yeah right and you need to make that statement when deciding to cash out, it's a wise take to make a sure profits compared to wait for the outcome with unsure fate of your bets, cashing out means that you already got something decent  most of the time and you want to take it out from the house.

Quote
There are so many gamblers that have been making this mistakes over and over again and when they decide to cashout before the game ends, they will noticed that such a game actually played and they could have win full money instead of cashing out part of their entire winning.

This is something that you need to make sure that you'll be able to close your eyes when you finally decide to quit before the actual bets decided, as there's instances that it can happen and youll surely regret if you are not ready to accept what you decided.

Quote
In as much as you did not lose the bet, I will always oblige to cashing out before the game eventually ended in loses.

Your money, your call and if you think that it's much better to cashout then do it, no one cares after all as it's you who decide for your money.

Yes, it is only a choice and not financial advice for others.
Every risk and profit will be the responsibility of each one.

Waiting for the match to finish is an option that for some people should do, because they are confident in their team and bigger wins will be obtained.
But yes, if you want to draw early with a win in sight, it's a good option as well and quite realistic and certainly there will be no regrets even if the team you are betting on has a big win.

The most important thing is that there is no loss and loss of money, the profit is the main one even if it is not in full amount.
That is why they must know what they should decide in gambling so they will not regret after that. We can not prohibit them to do whatever they want although we can suggest them something. All decision will be on their hands so they must know how to responsible with it. Every decision will have risk and consequences so they must know how to manage that.

Waiting for the match to finish can be done if they are sure that their team can win the match. We just give an option to them that cash out wil be a better decision in the mid uncertainty on the field.

Even if we lose, we are not regret because that lost money is the money we can afford to lose.

with a large enough nominal I will immediately cash it, it is not good to be greedy, but if my bet is small, I would rather wait until the end of the match is over, because if I lose not much money will be lost
It does makes sense when the amount is just small. It's better to gamble with small amounts than to take it out when you feel not satisfied.

But if it's a lot of money, there's no need to wait but to take it away with us and then be happy with that then.

So, it differs on the amount but as long as you're satisfied, do what you think suits your decision, withdraw or continue.

If you know how to be satisfied I mean if you understand that risk is everywhere and you can just leave it whatever the outcome after taking your money out, then it's better a win still a win right? there's nothing in between either you lose or you win but being wise most of the time is better than hoping for more, taking that risk waiting with a chance that upset can happen, it's about how you choose your position and be contented with your winnings.

Nothing much to me because when someone places bet it's assumed that they had already run their analysis on how the game outcome should be, so why going against their choice of decisions after making their analysis. I think they should learned to stick by their words and trust their game and more importantly should only gamble with the amount they think is fair enough to risk instead of not having that trust in their games or wanting to change their minds when the game ran to some certain points.

It's true, but if you are watching the game and you see that your analysis doesn't have the expected outcome, cashing out is a solution instead of losing your entire bet. Eg. the score line is 1-1 and the team that you bet for winning the match struggles a lot. Since you have the option why not use it and save your bet?
Also, it depends on the sport that you put your bet on. It's different in soccer, different in basketball, different in tennis...

Whatever the reason, it will be the choice of each bettor, no matter whether you cash out or not, because when there is a feature available like that then the player or bettor will be free to use the feature or not. But at least, I agree with @SmartGold01, because I also have the same reason like that, at least I will only stick with my personal analysis. So, even if I watch the match but there is no hope for me to win then I personally still won't cash it out. Because anyway, since the beginning of betting I have also been prepared with the bad results about losing, thus I just want to respect my personal analysis or prediction or choice, when I choose team A then I will leave it until the match ends and will not cash it out.
