Animals do. Especially in very dire situations. And humans are not excempted from it as well if the situation doesn't provide many options. I undrstand how you may see it as taboo or unacceptable under any circumstance but for some people, they have to make hard decisions. I don't think anyone in their right mind would slaughter a human to eat but i don't judge who for survival, are forced to eat human corpses. I think there's a big difference between the two

What if it was the sacrificed child of your enemy? What if it gave you secret powers? What if it held the key to world domination? Would you do it? Would you eat another person?
No one knows how they would respond in this situation. I am quite the Donner party and the team in the Andes Mountains thought they would never result to cannibalism. So I would say no however under extreme conditions people do not tend to be in a normal state of mind so who knows what any of us would do.
If I am starving and my alternatives are eat someone or die, I would certainly choose to eat someone. If he is dead, better so I do not have to kill him xD

Maybe some other people think it is the best meat from the whole world but for me its too dirty knowing also that humans would eat anything for survival.
depend from the situations maybe but I think I will let myself die instead of eating human meats In times of surviving its really difficult to sayif whatever we can do in order to continue life, maybe whoever said yes here they have their own reasons behind.

It is surprising that such a dull topic for so long is at the top. Instead of discussing under what conditions you can eat the person it is better to discuss the basics of survival in extreme conditions so you do not fall into such a situation. I would hate to think that cannibalism is possible.
There are scenarios like in horror stories that you are along in a island with no life, no trees, no fish nearby with a knife and cocaine for example (A story of Sthephen King) where the only hope of survival is eating your feet in order to avoid starving.

If that's the only way to live, then, why not? Hahaha. I'm not a cannibal but i'm just telling what would I do if things come to worst, I would prefer to die instantly than slowly die in hunger. There will be a lot of scenarios like a nuclear war, where the only option to stay alive is to consume human meat. Now if you talk about religious ethos and morals there, no one will listen to you. The only concern will be to survive somehow.

Humans will return to ancient times if cannibalism is allowed, under no circumstances we are unworthy to eat humans. In medicine there is a body implant transplant process, I think it can still happen because it concerns one's life, but if there is no food in this world besides human flesh, I would choose to survive in hunger.
