well i don't mind living in a country which use bitcoins as one of their official currency but i don't like the idea of complete digital currency in a country and i don't mind receiving my salary as bitcoins because i see it as form of investment and even if the rate goes down the other currency will have its own    values and where as the downfall of bitcoins i believe that for every fall there will be a rise in the rate and decline in  the price is not something which is new and permanent

would you live in a country that use bitcoin as official currency?

Why not? As long as all the basic needs are found there and I'm not going to think of jumping to another country because there are some goods that they don't have. It will be fun, as I'll buy some groceries, the bill would be mBTC.

assume that you're living there and get paid also in bitcoin. do you think it's possible to live in a country when one day the currency go up or down in 20%?

It doesn't matter as long as the items does have fixed amount of bitcoins and I don't care if the currency goes up or down by 20%.

yes I would, I will be glad to live on that country where the use of bitcoin as a currency is legalized, not just because it is easy to use, much more secure and fast transaction, and you will not have any hassle carrying coins on your packet. But I really want is bitcoin to be legalized all over the world.

I would love to be in a place like that so I would have an experience where everything that I pay for, every transaction I will make, every bus, taxi, bus, or even air plane that I ride would accept bitcoin without any questions asked. But I think that’s not going to happen in the very near future as we are still living in afiat world and digital currencies are still very much subject to volatility.

Bitcoin has some advantages to use as currency like it cant be steal unless someone have physical access to your computer and he send your bitcoin to their account, however for me im not ready for that i still prefer paper money because thats what i used to and i think people cant adjust easily using this virtual currency. nowadays everything became hitech but remember not all of us can adopt the current situation, just like what i saw in the news recently. here in our country the internet monthly bills are send via email but this old man complain for this scenario because he dont have email and he used to received it via post mail and its the same with bitcoin if it become official currency.

my country has not used bitcoin yet. bitcoin has not been legally recognized in my country
In fact, no country has ever accepted bitcoin. The government has not managed bitcoin, it is not illegal, but no country has used it. Its value fluctuates sharply, so it is hard for bitcoin to become an official currency
If there is no country that accepted bitcoin then what you think is the country of Japan which already made bitcoin as a legal currency a few months ago and other asian countries also done the same thing and that is why bitcoin is getting recognized by the other countries and soon it is not a surprise to me if we will see bitcoin that is accepted by major countries also.

if bitcoin becomes the official currency ,, and we have to use bitcoin when buying anything, it is not effective.
because every time we transaction bitcoin there is a transaction fee ,,
in small and large amounts the same cost, we will lose.
Yes, right. would be very inconvenient if every transaction is charged fee, besides it sometimes takes a long time. in urgent conditions, the ease of using cash is indispensable and irreplaceable.

I guess that would be awesome because you can earn bitcoins by sitting home so you just mine some bitcoins everyday and order the food with the money you get and the rest you pay rent with and stuff that are different.

Bitcoin really does not need to be said to be the national currency for it to be used widely in a country, since it is decentralized as we all know.

However it will definitely be nice in a country where i know that everyone else is also transacting with bitcoin and bitcoin is fully legal and a part of our economy, meaning that there will be no debt problems or periodic economic crises.

Though i really doubt there are any of these countries out there or at least right now. Most governments seem to be quite hostile to bitcoin with of course a few exceptions.

In my country, Bitcoin Still now there is not that formally utilize Bitcoin in the workplace or anyplace. In any case, ideally, soon we will have the capacity to see something to that effect. I would love to live there where Bitcoin can utilize official currency.Bitcoin will now use by all residents everywhere throughout the world.

Don't you think that bitcoin will be more stable when even countries will accept it on the national level on every day usage? There must be an end to such volatility
If it’s as an official currency, then no way. I’m never living in such country. That’s even a crazy question. I prefer to live in a country with real currency and not virtual currencies; by the way, there will never be a country with such, because it’s a tech stock and is meant for investment.
Yes it's mean for investment that help more people to increase their profit not it become an official currency on which can be affected by a group of person who can manipulate the market and make the price become up or down.

Well things are changing with the passage of time. People are nowadays more interested in virtual concepts to bring them to physical shape. However countries have accepted Bitcoin as a medium of payment but have not recognized it as a currency which makes a little difference. Like Japan has accepted bitcoin but not as a currency to be used in government related transaction. I think Japan government will never accept the deal to be paid for any government project in bitcoin.

Yes,definitely i could live in such a country where bitcoin is used as official currency. We could already see in japan where bitcoin is legalized, people find no difficulty in using bitcoins for their day to day needs.Volatility would not be a big issue since mostly bitcoin is found to be in bullish trend. When we find the price to be very low, then definitely,we would find some problems. But if both bitcoins and national currency are used as in japan, then it would not be an issue. We could either use bitcoins or national currency as per the market situation.

I think that government accepting bitcoin is great but if they will implement it with taxes, I don't think that it is beneficiary. I would rather live in a country that both fiat and bitcoins are used.

Yes, it won't be good. It's better to live in a country where Bitcoin isn't even regulated. The taxes would be already a big issue for citizens of this country using Bitcoin as official currency, but another issue would be the unstable situation on the economy as Bitcoin is very volatile and "controlled" by an universal power, the supply and demand from everyone on the planet. It would be easy for a rival country to cheat your economy by influencing Bitcoin price.

I would absolutely live in a country that has bitcoin as it's national currency, as long as it doesn't regulate it! Like the way Japan is currently, that's too much taxes.
