Loyalty is one thing, but seeming to not have any consideration for your users and customers is another. A couole of hours delay would already cause tension and anxiety to most people so what more if it takes days before you receive your payment. Obviously its a serious issue for me and probably for majority of gamblers and site users. There's no use being loyal to a site if you get treated that way.
I agree 100%. Some people offer a service like doing a favor, i don't want to imagine how they behave when they do the favors. Being loyal to one casino/product/service is cool and everything but you should give them ideas to improve so you can enjoy in a better way the service they offer to you. Now, if they don't listen to you, the customer who is paying the bill then what should you do? - Obviously leave.
When they see the difference inside the numbers then the right decisions will be taken, some companies work that way because they lack proper ways to know what the customers want and to get receive suggestions from them. And they can be really valuable for a company who knows how to properly study, pick up and implement the right ones.
The solution seems pretty simple for me too.
