Exactly bro, I do not see the necessity of loyalty if a site cannot offer instant payment. Let me tell you one thing very clearly. There is nothing like care in the gambling or in the business let alone loyalty. You need to pick the best site even if they cost you a bit more money. It is important to have your coins secured. I agree 100%. Some people offer a service like doing a favor, i don't want to imagine how they behave when they do the favors. Being loyal to one casino/product/service is cool and everything but you should give them ideas to improve so you can enjoy in a better way the service they offer to you. Now, if they don't listen to you, the customer who is paying the bill then what should you do? - Obviously leave.

When they see the difference inside the numbers then the right decisions will be taken, some companies work that way because they lack proper ways to know what the customers want and to get receive suggestions from them. And they can be really valuable for a company who knows how to properly study, pick up and implement the right ones.

The solution seems pretty simple for me too.

Any service that compromises on convenience by giving below par services such as delaying payouts to their customers should be avoided simply because this negatively changes your mood and you become frustrated, it's lost opportunity for where you could have used your funds or winnings.

I don't think payments delayed for days is good for the image of their business. It is like you are waiting in vain. For me, I won't play in that kind of site once I experience such situation. The time is different now, instant withdrawals are very achievable. Are they living in some kind of different era?
