I suggest to you buy this two coin because this two have potential to increase more in the future. I bought ETC and ether when the price is cheap so Im very happy now because if I sell it now I have profit but I want more profit so I decided to hold it for few months or 1 year . But If I see the price is good i will sell that . But I think if want more profit you can buy ethereum coin its better than ETC. But I suggest buy this two coin . if by "buy" you mean invest in for short term to make a big ass profit then obviously the answer is ETH!
it is centralized and has a lot of pumpers working on it and on top of that it has a very strong advertising team which contributes to its pumps during the time they are happening.
you just have to find that exact time to get in and make sure to sell on top of each peak to get out fast to make the most profit out of the pumps and not give anything to the pumpers.

If I desire to invest in Eth or Eth classic, I think I will go for eth classic as this is one of the coins that has been pencil down for next pump. Eth was over pump to over bought levels and one need big capital currently to make it big in eth. ETC is the real deal with all the fundamentals eth lacks. Decentralized, fixed supply, immutable, POW etc....

The Chinese are coming tomorrow. One thing they love to do is mine. ETH might not be the one for them because of that if it goes pos.

Both of them are the same dude... I have read about both of these coins and it seems that there are no significant difference between these 2 coins. Therefore, buying etc is the better choice I don't want to buy ETC and ETH at this time because its already in the high price and it hard to pump more so the next is dump. I know there is a right time to buy that coins and I think not now. I'm waiting for the next big updates and signals on that coin so that I will buy because I know it will increase in that time.

I will say that ETH holds more market share and has more functionality but I very much so prefer ETC monetary policy changes coming at the end of the year. But ETH, EXP, and ETC are all talking about having a POS/POW hybrid coming in the 2018 roadmap. The only two Ethash coins that are not talking about this are UBIQ and MUSIC.

I think ETH has great potential.It is in my portfolio.I will prefer ETH because it has a great community support and lots of giant company's are working with it.
I would say ETC for sure due to:
• having far more upside since ETH is at an ATH and traded on tiny volume now compared to the coin supply
• ETC continuing with POW which will mean a tsunami of hashpower migration ETH -->ETC and money will follow hashpower
• we are approaching the end of the period where ETH is a dominant player in the smart contract field. They are about to pop up like mushrooms after a rainshower, e.g. Tezos arriving
• ETC has historical immutability going for it which ETH does not
I would say ETH for sure, ETH just seems to be getting more and more interest most recently Kik which has a lot of users are building their own currency using ETH.
