I think we should hold the BTC instead of selling BTC. It's wise to hold them as the long term investment. Wait for the right price to sell since trading market is not good for investing. Buy and hold them, then I think the market will recover and reach up to $19000 again at the end of 2018.

I can suggest you to Hold your bitcoin and other altcoin now because the market is still bloody. You can also buy another cryptocoins while waiting and holding your coins. We don't have fix date when will it arises but you have to stay still and cool.

If you had plans to sell the coins you could have already done that when you started finding cracks in the market, the price was rising very fast and it will take some time to see a recovery in the market, i would not sell my coins at this price as i am sure i can make a good profit in a few years time if i am holding the coins.
Personally, I would not sell Bitcoin now and rely on a lower price in the future. Bitcoin does not have to fall down. The same applies to altcoins.
Yes sell it all so the price goes down more for us buyers
It is very difficult to give any advice here. You must decide what you want from crypto and when. If you are ready to keep coins for several years, then it makes no sense to sell now. Be patient. I'm sure that the market will recover.
I will advice the newbie and those that bought bitcoin and other altcoin when the price was high last not to sell their portfolio because that the best they can do now i.e holding till the price dump back up to normal and in the mean time buy YOC now before it too late.

If you sell it now it's mean you're losing your money, my suggestion is if you believe cryptocurrency will have role later you can buy again now so you can get your money back when the price is higher as when you bought first time. 
You could go to casino and bet everything on one number, if you get it right problem solved, if don't, problem solved, no money left to worry about.
One of the main reasons prices have fallen sharply is because plenty coins have been sold over the last 3 months. So you doing so will add to the decline, depending how much coins you own. But if you feel you want to cut your losses, it makes sense to save some money and not lose it all. But I don't think bitcoin will crash straight to zero any time soon.

But now ICO scam on the market a lot, I have lost confidence in investing in fraud ICO, if the potential ICO on the exchange they are still discounted compared to when they bought ICO. I think the current is not good to invest in ICO. I'm sad with you as you lost your composure to wait for your money to grow and make profits. Selling it today will suffer you the consequence of losing a big potion of your money. Hoping that you can still afford to wait at little higher price before deciding to sell it all and buy again at the bottom of the dip. Good luck brother. The best time to sell is when the price is in a high position. while current prices are in decline. let alone the current decline is the worst since a few days ago. selling now is a bad idea and not recommended. currently the price is growing, you can see green color show in the market. you should wait until the price grows high dude
Hold everything what you bought at peak or atleast move it only to bitcoin. Hold it untill 2021 and if you have more fiat money buy it again latter at the very dip price. Hold it again untill 2021. Buy more coin every time its going dip will make you diversify your risk investment ( it is only for bitcoin ) another alt is deppend on developer and community. If the developer legot the coin will not be death but its joke coin it will vanished and have no value afyer 2 years from now.

It's recommended to sell your bitcoin because for sure the price will increase again.
If you buy it on high price you need to buy more not sell it
