I have no problem investing in Israeli ICO provided the whitepaper helps me understand the real purpose of the token

"israeli jewish ico"

is an ico that pushes jews and judaism, its not a economy or humanism focused ico, but a ritualistic one.

I see no reason why would you disqualify any ICO because of the country of origin?
If the project is strong, why would you not invest?
That is just silly.
As long as it stands to make investors money, why should people stop themselves from making money just because they are anti-semitic. Because of hatred for an ethnicity we shouldn’t devoid ourselves of making some money.

It is not that simple. For example, if you are a resident of Iran and the authorities notice that you have crypto-links to Israel, then there is a small chance that you may be branded as an Israeli spy and detained for further investigation. Just saying that there can be unwelcome scenarios...

It doesn't matter whether an Israeli, an Asian or maybe an American start and ICO project what matters there is the plan for that project, what is its purpose of making. The important thing here is whether the investors will be interested in such project since without those investors, I think the project will be really something that will be quickly forgotten.

I have no problem in investing in any Israeli ICOs, as long as they are not scams. For me, profit comes before everything else. And why should I get myself involved in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict? Let them fight it out among themselves and I am not interested in taking sides.

I agree, as long as they are legit there should be no reason not to invest. I would probably find it hard to invest if they weren't apolitical on the matter though. People who who would decide not to invest based on the geography of where the members happened to be born are basically being equally as discriminatory as the people they claim to appose.

Israel has long been hailed as the “start-up nation” due to the large number of successful tech companies that have been founded in the area, such as ICQ, Wix and Waze, to name a few. Despite just having a population of 8.1 million, there are more Israeli companies listed on NASDAQ than any other country except China.

Israel for some of you that don`t know is involved in many blockchain startups & ICOs and is one of the major
hubs for this new economy in the world.

QUESTION IS - would you leave the politics out of it when examining a token \coin \ or a startup coming from Israel?.
or would you pass?

Have a nice day
i will support that of course. i have always admird that nation, they are sitting in the driver's sit an literally driving the world as the prime minister Netanyahu said recently at AIPAC in US. Great guys, believe me guys.

it would be very sad if anyone decided not to support/invest/etc. a project just because it's from Israel. In business and trade, there is no place for such a thing, you must be a realist, otherwise you will fail.

Israel is one of the most talented countries, a real startup nation. We all can envy of Israeli people's mentality when it comes to entrepreneurship. It's a country with only 8 million people, located in a volatile region from a geopolitical perspective, surrounded by  countries opposing the very existence of Israel and with no any significant natural resources or natural condition. It is totally legitimate not to agree with Israel's political stance on Palestines or other policies, but politics must be separated from economy and trade, at least in crypto and blockchain for sure. We all believe in the power of blockchain,  that it will really change the world and make it better, so no need to bring politics on the table and let's support and give trust for Israeli projects.

Have a nice day

i am from germany

considering history lessons in school i would say clearly: no

apparently the jews have a very dark history, with finance,

they are likely to repeat what they did before to drop everything and seek to establish themselves into the financial system, like a leeching&ritualistic mafia clan

alone the name "israeli" or "jewish" ico sounds suspicious

if you call yourself and market yourself this way, you do that approach you jepordise the history lessons the jews went through, and through which god has put them through.

today there are jewish bakerers, jewish butchers, jewish soldiers, jewish lawyers, jewish teachers, jewish farmers, you should appreciate that, it wasnt always this way.

so consider very carefully before naming an ico "jewish" or "israeli"

beside this i am actually supporting the jewish state

i would leave politics aside and base my decision entirely on the project itself. i would do the same for every ICO from every country.

I don't see the need of not investing in ICO just because of political reason . If only the ICO is going to increase my money and I think the team is solid with a good service to offer and good return of my capital, why won't I invest in it.

Yes, by all means. I don't base my decision based on the biases of the majority. I have a mind of my own, I  can decide for myself.

Finding it really hard to take the politics aside. In my opinion, i will not be supporting or be funding ICOs whose origin is from Israel. We can never really know the true intention of the ICO and where the money will go. If this is the case, some will just introduce an ICO, but on the other hand, it might just reveal that all the investors money will just be used to fund for the next 9/11 or the next shooting incident.

if its a good project why the hell not, making money should be everyone's priority, and mr. taleb famously wrote " if you want people to stop fighting, teach them to how trade" maybe be iam paraphrasing but you might get the gist. supporting an ico for money making opportunity might be a best idea for any sane person, and if the question intends to bring in israel-palestine conflict for not buying in a good project then dear friend its time to visit political affiliations. identity politics is a bad symptom for capitalistic frame of mind.

No country can deny the power of blockchain technology that is fast spreading across the and Israel is no exception.Any legit ICO from Israel will be strongly supported by me because every country under the sun is bound to accept cryptocurrency in a grandstyle.Only time will tell the power of blockchain technology across the globe.
