thank you very much for the fast response and even more for recovering the loss , a lot of owners would have just ignored it with a simple "well nothing I can do". very honorable . I have and will continue to recommend your faucet to anyone I can. I think they are some of the best online even if there are problems once in while they are usually few and far between. and every time I had a problem I never even had to contact you till this time usually its nothing but a faucet refill issue or I check here and its already been responded to for another user. so once again Thank You.
and I will wait to withdraw till I see post on here saying ok to. can I still claim from it for now or should I wait on that too?
