Yes, we are aware of that. Thats why we expect to use the DCO model (Distributed Collaborative Organization) to its management. This way all WS members will be able to audit and control the evolution of the project and even its funds.

It's a cool project. I just don't know how it will go. These backed cryptos have a horrible track record.

WoodShares is more alive than ever. The project is already running and it is on its first sale round . And as soon as the land be purchased and the seedbeds implemented, will begin the second sales round with a raise on the price of WS Tokens.
WoodShares at its beginning is a product of the Company Bitcoin Suramerica SAS (COL), but as soon as the first cultivation be completely established ,WoodShares will become in a full sole organization independent of Bitcoin Suramerica, managed under the statutes defined by their own community of WS holders/members.
WS members will vote for the CEO / Manager, for the decisions to be made, will control the funds, etc.
All these is possible through the Counterwallet functionalities.

We are 4 diferent companies working on this project.
1. Bitcoin Suramerica SAS (Bitcon company) - Stablished the project.
2. WAGRO SAS (Agro Forestry Company constituted in Cucuta (Colombia))
3. Carbon Management SAS - (Carbon Bonds)
4. Paisajismo creativo SAS - (Labour for the project)
So yes, you can say woodshares is an agricultural bussines.

whether this coin is dead? nobody seems silent? 
Is not dead, is hard cause we are not trying to pump a coin.
It's a project in wich the tokens have real representation on comercial timberlands and the token price grows as the same time as the trees,
because at the end, with the last fell, we distribute the dividends with all the woodshare holders.
So the room for volatility is not that big.
TL;DR: WS is not a pump and dump kindda token.

Still watching this coin. I think it is a good idea but there seems less progress in the background :/
We are working on divulgation, rising funds, the DCO Model and also searching for the lands.
Even if this is a long term project it requires an everyday work. WS project is growing slowly but steady.
