The only 1/10th coins I can think of that don’t command a crazy premium like the Cas coins are the Lealana, Titan, BTCC, CI and Denarium coins. Some came pre-funded whilst others were funded by the buyers themselves. BTCC 1/10ths sell for 0.12 (RoW) and 0.125 (US). Expect Titans and Lealana’s to be in the same price bracket and others to be slightly less (unless mintage is limited like the CI coins).
It is going to be hard to get a well regarded loaded coin with a face value of 0.1 BTC without paying a premium. Have you considered a new 2018 0.1 BTC BTCC Mint V-Series Titanium?

I've got a fair amount of ETC sitting around and would like to buy a physical btc to add to my collection. LTC would be okay, too. PM me with what you have. I can shapeshift to any payment coin of your choosing. Only budgetary constraints are that I'd like to keep the coin face value around 0.1BTC or equivalent.
