I had previously thought that the OP's account was hacked and/or sold as it's recent activity has been somewhat suspicious as of late. This is especially true considering that the OP is currently selling his signature to someone who has negative trust for running a ponzi....although the OP may simply not care about this.

I am curious if the OP is able to sign a message from an old address associated with his account.

Either way, it does appear that it would be a bad idea to accept any kind of reversible payment method from the OP, and would probably be best to use escrow when dealing with the OP.

I then offer to ship him more stuff to make up for the rest of the debt to which he declined

 Roll Eyes

You got to be kidding me... I declined to get paid.

*adjusts jew hat*

Ya ok LOL

So now you can't put up a truthful argument so have to resort to racist comments. Fine. What you just said contradicted everything you accused me of. I should've self-moderated this thread lol, I'm done with this discussion, see ya BayAreaGroins.

Edit: deleted his contridictory comments before I was able to quote it, very slick of you. Fast internet.

I made a comment about saying that maybe he isn't really Asian and he's brown because he's full of shit.  I did edit it out and I didn't think it was contradicting because he is indeed full of shit.

Nothing more to say and I'm done with it too.  See ya IWontBtcYouIfILose

Besides the racist comments, you also said "why would I check the balance when it's like 50 cents who has time for that"

This proves that your a liar and everything you accuse me off is a lie, , is there a way for admin to recover that comment, the truth needs to get out.

O ya I said why would I agree to waste my time agreeing checking physical DOGE with 50 cents worth of coins on them.

You sent me the coins as if they were all full.  You never said some where good and some where bad.

You even commented on the auction post after I made the first post as if they were all good.  You could have fucking said something then, but you didn't because you knew however much they went for would be what came off the $1000.  Roll Eyes

watching. awesome looking coinage by the way and thanks for thinking of the children!  Kiss

It's funny how you only tell half the truth. Truth is that I sent you those dogecoins and told you to check the balance first before selling them because I had bought MANY coins from CryptoImperator and had them all mixed up and didn't know which was funded and which wasn't. This was also what I told Jeff when I sent him dogecoins but the difference was that he actually listen to me and you just rushed to sell those coins.

We had agreed on a price before I sent out those coins and I had said that whichever was not funded I will compensate. The price was per coin but you sold them in bulk and forced the price on me. That was the first of many times BayAreaCoins went back on his words.

I then offer to ship him more stuff to make up for the rest of the debt to which he declined and agreed to write off the debt. Now he tries to pick on an old wound because he's having a shitty day and wants some attention.

To sum this up, we agreed that this issue between us was settled and done with and you should honor your agreement.

Hm, I'll PM you now. BAC

Please feel free to PM me.

why not make a thread?

I try to stay away from negativity.  When I saw this thread I thought "omg someone is about to get their salad tossed".  So I made a post here because escrow wouldn't protect people in this case.

USE ESCROW DOING ANYTHING WITH THIS USER!!!!!!!!!!!

I mean I lost a bit of respect...kinda. I hate people who don't pay up friendly bets  Grin Grin (that's 90% of you reading this aha)

Fucking degenerates man.  He tried to say he lost all his money at a casino the day after the match at first... which he probably did.  He had excuse after excuse... he settled on the injury one finally.

I did not default on anything,

You absolutely did.

I tried to make it right with you for a bet that was super flawed (pacquiao had an undisclosed injury) but I still paid up and offer to send you more to make everything right and that's the reason why you "wrote off the debt"

All the sport books paid their bets... you weren't in any different boat than any other loser on that match.

The bet was for $1000 and you paid in physical Dogecoins that turned out to be bunk.

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.11874713

100% of the auction was donated to Children's Hospital because of your sick brother.

$210 was raised from that auction reducing the $1000 down to $790... which you never paid or offered to pay.

Fact of the matter is that I've long settle that issue with you so please just get over it.

You knew the DOGE were being auctioned off for Childrens Hospital and represented them as filled coins... it wasn't until the creator of the coin chimed in and told us those were actually damage unfunded coins. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.11929119

I'm over it, but it wasn't settled.  You defaulted.  If you want to make it right... please by all means drop the $790 cash off at the girls house in Fremont or send the BTC to 1FV4GT6sjSvkERMRhFiWgFp3nSJstrXg2e

Would strongly advise people not to do this with this user.

Defaulted on a bet with me and Paypal can be reversed months down the road.

I could totally see him gambling away his money and then charging back funds to recover blown money.

Wait. So why didn't you send him a negative reputation because of it, and where's the reference link? What happened? I'm not being skeptical, just want more details.

I did have negative rep for this user until we settled the debt (not in full.)  I wrote it off at the end of 2015 as indicated because I don't like how hard my negative shit hits.  He's just a degenerate gambler and I think my feedback left represents that.

He's a good physical coin trader and I didn't want to take that away from him. (minus the fact he tried to pay me in bunk Dogecoins... see post below)

Perhaps one day he settles shit out with me, but he isn't obligated due to negative rep threat.

Our bets were made in the Just-Dice.com chat room and unlinkable.

Escrow will not help with a Paypal transaction.
