Yeah, sorry, just wanted to let you and others know that there are actual coupons that do not expire, so that you do not think that someone is scamming you if they offer you those.

Additionally, I do not think they are quite that rare, they were distributed a lot during period of last year's shenanigans Bitmain did between September and December. Idk if people kept them, but I plan on sticking with them until new coupons and units arrive.

Also, no, I have never possessed those that expire when BTC hits $10k (or if I did have a few, I spent them in same day so I wasn't paying that much attention). If I come across one of those coupons, I will update you with difference between them.

This is very interesting! I did not have knowledge about such situation. Meaning to have coupons with no expiration date, but which are disabled after BTC surpasses 10.000$ and also, other coupons with no expiration, which don't have any condition determined by the BTC price.

However, I believe these coupons (as the one you show us) are extremely rare. Maybe even more rare than the ones issued for broken ASICs or for purchases which were never delivered (or which didn't arrive at the destination).

Just for curiosity: do you have any coupons with no expiration date but which were disabled once BTC surpassed 10.000$ in value? If you have, can you post a picture of that coupon too? Just to see the difference between them (if any).

There are still coupons which have no expiry date and are VALID. Therefore, two statements that I bolded are not true.
There were SOME coupons that didn't have expiry date but had a rule when BTC hits $10k they would expire. But there ARE coupons issued that do not have ANY expiry rule. However, by rule no.7 they still can revoke it if they wish to do it. But that would be a bold move from them. Therefore, it is highly unlikely.

And I will list you all the rules of my coupon bellow:

Coupon usage rules:
1. The coupons will not be issued in cash and cannot be exchanged for cash.
They can only be used to deduct the payment amount when you purchase our miners through Bitmain official website, and the maximum deduction percentage is 30%.
2. More than one coupon cannot be used for the purchase of one item. For the specific usage rules, please check specific product page as reference.
3.During the purchase process, once a coupon has been selected and the order has been submitted, the coupon is deemed to have been used and cannot be used again, even if such an order is not fully paid.
Utilized coupons will NOT be returned once orders are submitted, be the orders valid or not.
4. Once an order is submitted, a coupon cannot be applied on it anymore as orders cannot be amended once they are submitted.
5. Coupons can be transferred to other users’ accounts on Bitmian shop.
6. The amount deducted by the use of a coupon or coupons cannot be invoiced.
7. Bitmain reserves the right to revoke, change the value or limit the usage of all coupons mentioned above without prior notice.
8. The coupon is effective from 00:00:00 on the starting date and no expiry date.
9.The afore-mentioned Purchase coupon can only be used for puchases from our Global Home page.

No, it doesn't mean it is scam. That was the rule for the coupons with no expiration date: to be valid only while BTC value is below 10.000$. Bitmain officially announced the rule when these coupons were issued, thus all the customers were aware of the rule.

Besides, it is not the first time when Bitmain sets a coupons validity determined by the BTC price. For example, in January - February 2019 some other coupons were circulating and their validity was also was based on BTC value. I don't remember exactly the threshold from that period, but I remember precisely that rule.

If I may, a question to you: you seemed very surprised by my post. Did you have such coupons, with no expiration date, which were invalidated by Bitmain after BTC surpassed 10.000$?

Bitmain invalidated all of the circulating codes? Wtf, This does not mean it is a scam?

Update (11.02.2020):

- all the coupons expiring on January 31st, 2020 have already expired
- all the coupons which didn't have an expiration date were disabled, as BTC surpassed 10.000$ (Bitmain set previously this rule for them - to be disabled if BTC surpasses the value of 10.000$)
- at the moment, there are left only a very few amount of coupons, which were issued by Bitmain for those which didn't receive their purchase or to those which received broken equipment. These coupons expire at the end of February / March 2020.

I know this is a long shot but if you have such coupons, by chance, please let me know. I am still buying
