OK I will give some examples of what cards I find acceptable.

EURO ZONE: I will buy any card issued by a registered bank. & Ukash Mastercard, Skrill Mastecard, Virgin Travel Money Card.
,
USA: I will buy any official debit card from a high profile USA bank or financial corporation . & Amex Serve, Moneygram Visa, Walmart Visa/Mastercard

ASIA: I will buy any bank issued debit card. I don't think ASIA is a big market for debit cards.

If you can supply bank issues debit cards + PIN & the internet account log in's I will will pay a very nice reward.

Prepaid VISA/MASTERCARD/AMEX/Etc... you can buy completely anonymously

and add information about other cards.
