Just did a bitcoin cash+clam dig (using my old btc address)and hopefully receive my btc soon.May I know the usual time frame?

oh damn lol. hopefully btc rises by the time the issue is fixed.
We are currently experiencing dig payment delays due to Poloniex not crediting deposits.
I've personally opened a support ticket with Poloniex and I fully expect this to be corrected shortly!

I've been awake all night waiting for Poloniex to credit the coins... deposits go MIA on Poloniex fairly regularly.
My computer can basically type in my support tickets at this point
.If they credited deposits after 6 confirmations like they said... I'd literally have a stroke.
The VAST majority of the pending time waiting is Poloniex related and unavoidable with a manual or automated system that centralizes through their exchange.

I release news earlier this evening about payments being delayed due to Poloniex not crediting deposits.

Any thing went wrong with the bcc digging page?It says your address is eligible to receive coins but the possible bitcoin amounts- both under clams and bcc- do not show any values.May be you need to check.Or may be it's only from my end.

BTW just a question.....Is Equivalent BTC payment according to the rate at the time of digging?And what is the time frame for payment?

The BTC payment sent is the exact amount (minus tx fee) of the dig being liquidated on the market. So if your 1 address sell for .00249... we send .00249.
The time frame for payment is up to 48 hours because I have to sleep and I manually process all payments for accuracy.
Generally, payments are sent as soon as they get the required amount of confirmation... usually about 30 minutes to 1 hour.

hey so are payments slow recently? got like two pending payments, one for BCC and one for 4 DUG CLAM KEYS.
All payments should be caught up now.
We got fucking rocked by a whale on the December 1st... we've hit our max exchange limit and will for a few more days processing their withdraws.
I had Kef switch our systems to a different exchange, but their business design isn't very well suited to what we need to do.
I've got everything worked out at this point, but we are still working on paying on dig number #83 BCC solo.

We've been having some little hiccups here and there this past week... must be something in the water

What address are you looking at digging? I'll see if it displays the same info on my end.
