If you use different IP's and keep track of them along with different user accounts on your PC you will be okay.

if he knows how to use the accounts will never have problems with ebay ... only if he start scamming ppl on ebay they close the accounts

They must do something with IP Tracking to try and prevent this sort of thing.

You can sell there with 0 feedback.  Did you get banned for scamming or something?  If so, I could understand this.
Just to be fair,new accounts have lots of limitations and the money doesn't credit except after a long period of time (21 days or something),this is cheating since you claim you are someone you aren't but OP might not be intending to take away money or anything (and also might be)

It's scammy, that's all. If you want to sell something and carry your reputation with you, then you don't buy shill accounts.
The problem is that I have a business, and I want to sell hundreds of products on ebay.
If I open a new account, Ill have many limitations...
