I asked for Pictures aswell whit hes forum name he stopped answering.

!!! WARNING: This user is a newbie. If you are expecting a message from a more veteran member, then this is an imposter !!!

Im located in canada, dont think your actually able to sell antminers to me (asuming your in arizona from your past posts) without stupidly expensive shipping unless your planning on vacationing in Toronto.
i can ship to canada, i can ask for fee andw e can split.

Man, he PMed me too and got me interested in some U3's. I hope hes not full of it, but a scammer you say? Maybe i should buy 1 at a time. Give the guy a try, see the legitimacy. I mean whos really been scammed? All i see is a lot of showing hands. "I got this much stuff, and now i want this much stuff. You first, no your first. Same time, same time, lemme see them hands." Old School online gangster shit. As far as pictures and vouching and all that, i understand why it exists, but i also understand why someone would try to avoid those types of situations. Laziness? Pothead? Maybe its stolen Miners and hes scared the victim is looking for his/her equipment on the net? Whatever.

Almost certainly a scammer. Same guy as 'Bought' most likely. Could provide no actual evidence of the items and when I asked for pictures he said he would but "tried" and couldn't.

I talked with him on skype for some time and asked some questions that I could see the answers to in his post history and he answered them wrong... like

Me: You speak German?
Him: Yea a bit.
Me: Have you been to Germany?
Him: Yea I visited twice.

His posts show that he claims he was born in Germany and German is his native language. He claims he was born and raised in Arizona. I am from there and offered to meet up for the exchange and he said no he didn't trust internet people to meet in person.
Yup, same guy as @Bought for sure. Although apparently some one else is in charge of that account now.

He was certainly pushy when I wanted to buy any extra compac stick miners people had around.

I figured at the very cheap cost I'd give it a go and see what happens.  Worst case im out .06 BTC and there's actual proof of him being a scammer.  If the item shows up then it just shows that he doesn't handle himself very professionally.

I'll update everyone sometime next week.

Whenever I reply to a WTS thread, he PM me everytime to skype him even when it wasn't his WTS thread cause he has it for sale too, yet he's very defensive about showing proof of items in an open thread. It's not like it's showing your driver licenses or anything personal. I had to block him from PM me. Way too suspicious.

this should be standard for this ''for sale'' part of the forum and maybe for other parts:

1 no closing of threads possible for op

2 pics withe username and hardware

3 use of reputable forum escrow

4 50post minimum for access to this part of the forum

This is probably the very first rude and impatient scammer i've run into.

Even if he was legit, I wouldn't do business with anybody who talks like that.

How about this-

Why would an honest guy need a VPN to sell stuff on a forum-
Better yet, why can't he spell or use correct grammar if he is from Arizona.

Yeah he's fishy, exactly like the other .com guy that was red trusted last week. Its probably the same guy. Avoid this user.
