No. Actually .9 for hero member is overpriced i think. Some sell hero for .5btc but it still depends on the activity and post quality

You are if nothing else persistent, nearly 3 months trying to get a cheap Hero account that will just be trouble anyway.. The thing is you get what you pay for so pay cheap price get a cheap risky account, you could have brought a high rank senior 3 months ago that would now basically be a Hero. You will need to raise it just 0.1-0.2btc and you will get the account you want I would sell you one for 0.6btc, don't be cheap.

0.4 is the price for Senior member value except someone might sell you a low value of Hero account

i don't think anyone will sell you a hero member account for that price
but you can buy a high activity Senior member account at that price or below that price that you can make a hero account if you making posts for around 2-3 months
