No one can get ten Apple iTunes gift cards let alone over a grand. I suggest going into store grabbing a pile of the gift cards, ringing them up at the cashier register and running out the store, because that's the only way you gonna get them. 40k cards is a fairytale, Apple will never lose that type of money.
