I knew the risk I was taking and decided to go for it, cause I really needed those $20 to pay for something I bought on ebay. Where did you read me saying that anyone else should blindly do business with him? Where is the endorsement? It seems the one with something stuck up his ass is you.

Small transactions are not likely to be charged back. They are used to gain feedback and trust reputation for the large charge backs.
