If you don't have the cash to purchase BTC I suggest you not buy them. The chances for fraud are to high as well, no independent trader would take the risk of having a chargeback. Why would you invest money you don't have into such a volatile currency. Doesn't add up.

You may have a look at our service: TOXCOIN Bitcoin Exchange

We sell BTC for many payment methods like Payeer/Credit Card, Perfect Money and OKPAY.
If you would like to buy BTC from us with credit card, please register a Payeeraccount and link your credit card to your account. Once you've done that, you can buy Bitcoins from us with Payeer without any limits.

Please check our service thread to see the details: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-toxcoin-secure-bitcoin-exchange-now-with-reloadit-and-paypal-mycash-954370

I would suggest going to circle.com and buying from them. circle is much better equipped to prevent fraud then the average user here (they are able to achieve an economy of scale).

Anything you buy with a credit card can potentially be reversed within ~6 months (or sometimes more).

I believe that cex.io also accepts funding by credit cards however I am not sure how liquid their market is

Just checked them out. They say it goes as a cash advance so I really was hoping not to have to do that because of the crazy fees and interest.

Checked out cex.io too.  My card is a Discover and they only take Mastecsrd and visa. I'm going to check with them about whether I can buy Visa gift cards and use them for purchase of BTC

Thanks for the info

Do they? I use it occasionally with my card and it shows up as Online, Mail, or Telephone transaction. I even get points for it.

It's still not practical for $500-$1000 because of $100 weekly limit but not sure where info is regarding cash advance.

Hi I'm looking to buy a bunch of BTC but only thing I have now is credit on my credit card. I know this can be shady so I've been trying to think of a safe way to do this. I'm up for whatever. Like what if I bought some sort of Amazon code or American Express gift cards and gave you the codes in return for BTC?  I'm open to other ideas, thanks.
