Oh so it is not a complement to the game? I thought it was like a premium subscription.

GTA V rockstar social club keys like GTA V steam game.
The different here is when you buy it on steam, game in your steam inventory. And you buy GTA V rockstar social club keys > it in your rockstar social club account.
And 2 platform play in 1 server. Steam automatically turn to rockstar server

Rrrright... Well, pourchases from the russian server became unavailable some days ago so you shouldn't expect offers that are much lower than the store price.
