Sorry I only buy Bitcoins with Neteller, because of big risk involve with Neteller.
If you use Skrill then I can sell BTC with SKRIL.
Ok I don't know why Neteller is more risky than Skrill but I only got money on Neteller.
I got the account for many years and only use it to cash out money from poker sites.
Let me know if you can do a lower amount with Neteller.
Because I heard so many horror story of Neteller, how they hold the money if they feel crypto was involved in transaction.
Other thing Skrill is reversible bot not easily. You need to proof so many thing before it will reverse.
