it is most probably the chinese that shifted their attention to bitcoin as their stock market took a turn for the worst. besides price was way higher in chinese exchangers at the beginning which shows where the heat is comming from.

Well, "took a turn for the worst" doesn't describe it very well. 70% of the stocks are halted and main bagholders are not allowed to sell for the next 6 months. That is pretty much a total clusterfuck.

Well the chinese exchangers, dump and pump very high the price of bitcoin, at the moment is a bit stable but not much.

I haven't forgotten, it's all I'm looking at. $300 has been met with great resistance twice this year (the first in Jan) , and this third time seems the same so far. If it doesn't break through this weekend I expect a drop back into the mid $200s.
