I have done cash in the mail many times, both selling BTC and buying BTC.  It has nothing to do with drugs and everything to do with privacy.  The assumption that only drug dealers want cash is just stupid.  I have never had any problems doing it so far but it has always been tracked and insured.  The insurance from the USPS is pretty darn cheap and worth the peace of mind.

Example: I sent $5K overnight using USPS.  $31.70(postage) + $16.35($5K insurance, the maximum they do) = $48.05

The cool thing was that they did not get the package there the next day so I got a refund for the entire amount of $48.05 so it cost nothing at all.

You can always hope they deliver it late but you cannot rely on that Wink

I guess you can try to get the package to the post office just under the deadline for the day to increase the chances of a late delivery.

How would cash in mail work with escrow?
Send BTC/LTC/PXC to escrower. Once he/she verifies they got the funds, buyer of funds sends cash out to the address of seller.
Once seller verifies the cash is good, the escrower sends the funds to the buyer.

If buyer does not have DCN or tracking when they send money, you shouldn't proceed with the transaction.
USPS Priority or Express offers tracking and delivery confirmation.

No offense but the only people who urger for strictly cash in mail are usually drug dealers. A.K.A usps will be raiding their mail up. I don't want to risk my cash

This assumption is just too dumb and nieve to even respond to. Also why would you even ask how cash by mail would work if this was going to be your response regardless?

How is the assumption dumb? And if it is too dumb and niave then why'd you respond? Too increase your post count? Also I asked because maybe the OP had discovered a safe method aside from the traditional one that would satisfy both parties.

Op I'd be willing to do a few $100 mini transactions to build trust. I

Might be interested in some via BOA.

PM me details on how exactly you'd want to do this. Will need 1-2 days to move money to that bank account though so will get back to you at that point.

I pm'd you and received no reply.

Yea, I seen the thread of you being accused of being a scammer, so not interested in a trade of 150btcs

Opt to use an escrow then.
