It seems like we will have a situation when some "bidding up" might happen.
I just want to clarify how this is going to happen.
All bids are sorted first by "Price per chip" and then by "Bid date".
Prices are ordered in descending order (higher first) and times in ascending order
(older first). This creates "price groups" ordered by ascending time of bidding.
If there are no remaining chips and someone bids, the last bid(s)
in the last price group will be cut or removed and new bid will be placed
as the last bid of appropriate price group.
This means that the first bidder in lowest price group is the last one to be removed
from that price group (and that effectively means that such price group will cease to exist).
This also means that the new incoming bids are partially or
completely "depleting" the bids that already existed at the end of the list.
So it might happen that your bid will be only partially satisfiable - in this case
I will try to PM you and ask you how do you want to resolve this.
