For those who are not cancelling, you have another option: condo ownership.
Centerus will build Avalon clone systems for housing your chips, ten in each card ("condo unit"), up to 32 cards in every box. Your chips will be controlled from your own instance of cgminer running in the box. You can connect your condo unit to your mining pool account.
The price for each condo unit has been drastically reduced to 0.9 BTC.

As far as I am aware, they have an order for 11k chips (1000 in batch 1 here and another 10k in their own batch around time of batch 2)
They have pre-order placement for assembly with me, and I speak to them on the phone regularly....

I might have a change in my Indonesian fabrication site and replace it with COOP site that incorporates our coop members selling all of their miners worldwide to anyone. I will keep you posted. Is there any update on TerraHash?
