I went ahead and bought a smaller replacement PSU, so as of tomorrow this will be packaged up in the original box ready to ship.

Of all the stores I look at, I honestly did not see that one. Still, 86 + 12 in shipping is 98.

I think $60 USD is fair for a used good condition $85 USD PSU. To each his own!
Where did you see this one for $85? As I linked in my first post, Newegg has this for $130 (120 + 10 in shipping), which is about what I paid for it a while back.$60 might be a fair price for an $85 PSU, but this isn't one.
