you can't pay even if you tried Smiley they have been out of stock for a long time now.

in other fun news, there's like 4000+ "pending" orders because they have never been paid, and I've canceled another few thousand, which is not too surprising.

everyone who paid should be set as "processsing", still catching up to confirmation emails at the time of writing.

I know it's a lot of work taking in all that pre-order money for batch #2, but there's only 3 days left in February, the date you promised to complete shipping by. Don't you think batch #1 customers are due an update on shipping?

My order #1373 says "pending" but it was paid immediately and confirmed with WalletBit support. Can you change it to processing or confirm that everything went through?

wow 4,000 pending orders that's a lot of work on your side for working and processing everything. Nice to see things moving on looking forward to my unit to arrive.

Hi Bitsyncom, thanks for your clarification. I'll cancel all orders.

ull cancel all orders huh lol you cant cancel all orders once paid their final unless your lucky and I doubt Avalon is willing to refund you.

Am suprized you are still here and now you removed your image is even more proof you where just out to try and profit from others.

Plus it does not take 2 sec to alter an order and photo shop. Plus all the info.

good bye and good riddens. Another one bites the dust.

In my panel there was, see my screenshot.
What screenshot? You removed it and the one I saw was truncated on the right side because you did not scale it correctly

Thanks for the clarification and update.  The must be time consuming, having to wade through a bunch of empty orders.

Wait for it.... I'm sure next he'll be telling Bitsyncom that he is wrong too!

Stinkin scammers!  I'd love to know the true story of the idiot on the other end of that screen name!  Talk about a true low life moron! Smiley

Good day to you!  Can we tag him as a scammer now please?!

Sorry to say this but any orders that where not paid for are been looked into by admins and will be canceled and at a later day be made available for people to re order.

So your orders will not be valued as they will be likely to be removed due to you trying to exploit their system and for you trying to bank off them.

So even if them orders are their now and still unpaid for then could indeed be waiting for payment but more than likely will not be processed an your order will get rejected.

BATCH #2 SOLDOUT
Doesn't mean everything is paid.

Probably this is probably a loophole to keep an order on hold, like SolarSilver states, but hey, if it works, why not..
If anyone wanna give it a try, it's ok for me if you first pay the order, and if it's fails, ofcourse you don't have to pay for it.
If it works, you transfer me the btc.

It is sold out and if any orders are not paid for, you will need to order in the future.  Once you go through the process, it will tell you they are soldout and it will not complete.

There never was a cancel button. There is only [PAY] [VIEW]

Just press the [PAY] button, click on your own bitcoin walllet and wait 10 minutes. Instant [CANCEL] button
Tried it, my order stays payable.

Go ahead and try to purchase your so called pending orders. You will get a response that the unit is sold out.

Yes,

there is obviously an implementation problem here with the timeout on the basket.

It's only after you get transferred to the walletbit site to do the payment and when you click in the link to log in to your Walletbit Wallet or pay with your own wallet to the address they supply you ("pay with your Bitcoin wallet as a WalletBit guest") that the 9 minute countdown starts that voids your order if you have not paid the BTC in that timeframe.

Most likely this is because the Avalon ordering site and the Walletbit payment handling are 2 separate systems and they are not integrated. At least the Avalon site could cull those stale orders on a regular basis, even without Walletbit intervention.

Either Walletbit/Avalon has not culled those stale orders after a certain agreed timeframe (2 hours? 24 hours?) and put the reserved units back into the for sale pool (which means they are most likely sold) or he found a loophole to keep an order on hold
(but then again, it's only after you push the pay button that Walletbit comes into play here so it's not their fault)

Only a few BTC to find out though ;-)
