Hashrate of one chip is >431 MH/s with burnin designed PCB.
There are also other PCB designs available (see List of Avalon-ASIC-Miner-Developers and Assemblers).
Bizwoo group buy works closely with the assembler Nekonos, so you could prefer him, or whoever you want. I'm actually in list for 8 4,5GH/s miners with 32W power consumption each, shipping estimated for mid september.
Escrow possible, but the cost is up to the buyers.
Chips price is 0.09 BTC per chip.
Buyout price for all 128 chips is 11 BTC
