Is anyone else noticing how this piece of garbage, PedritoCR, doesn't even deny that he's a thief?
His very first message to me was to assert that escrow couldn't be used with paypal. My fault in that was being green enough to believe him.

Too much time elapsed and I sent it as a gift. Rather than waste my life waiting on paypal phone support, I'll just drag this arsehole's name through the mud when ever he forgets his shame and tries to come back into this forum.
Check out the trust link under his name. I left appropriate feedback with a reference there as did someone else. Basically, I sent paypal to him and he made excuses and stopped communicating. I was very patient and gave him weeks to resolve the problem before labeling him a scammer.
Shouldn't it be easy to get your funds back from him? I mean its Paypal... 
The guy is a known scammer. I left neg feedback over two months ago. Search around and you'll see his past threads and that he is a scammer.
He most likely has several alts with the same scam. Do NOT deal with any new members selling for paypal, almost every single one of them will try to get you to send first and disappear.
This scam could have easily been avoided if you guys bothered to check his previous posts or used escrow. Does it make any sense at all seller would refuse escrow because paypal or skrill is reversible? Why accept it in the first place. You sending first doesn't change the fact you can chargeback later.
