He's not using escrow and he's not sending first. 100% chance he's a scammer.

Post the tx id of the 10 you just sold along with a signed message of the 15 btc you currently have

Most newbie scammers dont realise that they follow a pattern of bullshit and we have seen it all before. Not calling you a scammer just suspicious activity at this point.
p.s any reason why you have chosen not to sell to tomatocage who posted above offering to buy 15BTC, he's one of the most respected members of the forum and 100% trustworthy
