Maybe it's just me but it's kind of a dick move to say you'll accept the best offer and not accept it. If you're looking for a certain price then state the price. If you say you'll accept best offer then accept it. Was I lowballing you? Yes. Was my offer the best offer you had for a couple of days? Yes.
Do you have more than one or do you think it's ok to spam this all over? When you are asking for offers, make only one thread so people can see what the current offer is (instead of it being hidden away in some other thread).
