Had he simply asked for a reasonable price in January this would have sold long ago (for much more). Likely he was ripped off and is looking to recoup his losses by ripping someone else off. Trying to avoid a small loss at the beginning of the year (in a fair sale) is going to end up producing a much larger loss in the end as these things are quickly becoming worthless.
If you're looking for suckers you need to take this to eBay...

If he only listened to other people and matched Bitmains price he would of sold this back in January. This is what happens when you are a cheap penny pincher.
This miner I think only makes like $70/month after the hosting fees, don't understand why he didn't just lower the price to sell it.
