So, no modified votages? Great news!
Please excuse my caution - I wouldn't like to purchase a card that will fail after a month of mining.
You might remember that the trick with unlocking shaders using a 6970 bios did rise memory voltages over their tolerances.
I'm glad you kindly sorted it all out.

I doubt its longevity is in question. I used the RBE method and modified my own bios, when it had proper support to attempt shader unlock.
At one point I used a posted members(diff forum, not sure which one) hand modified BIOS which ONLY attempted shader unlock, it was never a 6970 BIOS that I flashed.
The low memory speed result has nothing to do w/ my BIOS flash IIRC.

The memory speed isnt allowed by any program other than Ati Tray Tools, it let me set the memory as low as 100mhz (confimed by gpuz and ATT's own hardware monitoring graphs)
The mining speed difference between 150mhz mem and 300mhz mem was very little if any.
I never tried voltmodding the gpu or anything, just clocked as high as could go on default voltages.

This card runs extremely quiet because of its cooling design and never saw any overheating temps.

The configuration for 366mh/s was w/ vista 32, cgminer 2.1.2 and cats 11.10 (never got around to upgrading to latest ones)
I used phatk kernel -w 128 -I 9 where the input parameters

What a lovely handle Grin

Jokes aside, you must have flashed the bios to allow for such low memory speeds, right?
There's no way of going that low with the stock bios from what I heard.

What I'm concerned about, is whether the bios is safe in the long run.
There have been numerous failures of reflashed 6950 cards when users tried to unlock their shaders due to increased memory voltages.
Which bios have you used? Or has there been another RBE release capable of changing mem clocks and I don't need to worry?

I'd gladly grab that card if you settled my worries about its longevity.

Don't send me a pm unless you gpg encrypt it.
I have had this card for 6 months or so...works great
It unfortunately is a locked shaders card.
I ran it @ 890mhz core 150mhz mem .. yeilded 366mh/s

Asking 200$ equivalent in BTC shipped
Please PM or post if interested.

I dont have much reputation on here, other than recent purchase from causaicas for his video card.
I do have heatware : http://heatware.com/eval.php?id=15964
Also have ebay feedback under user "crapfartsniff"

Will ship w/ whatever method is convenient for me at time of purchase.
Thanks

Stock bios?  What miner program did you use? I've got several of these and they seem to only get about 330 @ 900/800. I read somewhere that having the mem more than 100 below the engine contributes to instability.

I am interested in this card.
