No go on these.  I gotta pay down some of my current loan first.

Unless you want to do a loan deal between you and I.

I am really interested in these still!!!  I have wanted some 6990s SO bad lol

Would you be interested in trading for 7970s?  Is there some deal we can work out where I get three 6990 and you get two 7970 of mine and something else?  Maybe some BTC or Dwolla?

I got mine brand new about 2 weeks ago.  Asus 7970.

Sorry, no trading. I don't have time to resell the 7970s. I could sell you a smaller batch maybe? 5 6990s for 365 BTC.

I really do want some 6990s ... I have made good progress with my loan shark.  Maybe he will do a smaller loan to get 5.

I will ask him.

Really??  I always had trouble with more than 5 GPUs.  Could never get three 5970s working together.

12.x drivers will not work in Windows with more than 4 cards/GPU Cores.

I use 11.12 for my 5-card and 6-card rigs in Win7 x64 with no problems.

I am not sure 3 dual GPU cards can run on Windows.

you can run up to 8 GPU cores, so 4 dual cards.

Really??  I always had trouble with more than 5 GPUs.  Could never get three 5970s working together.

The 8 gpu cores is a driver limit put in place by AMD.  Some people have had limited success in linux using virtualization to bypass, but yes, it is possible.

Try harder Grin

I'll admit more than 2 5970s is a pain in the ass in win7 but it is possible, 3 5970s in Linux is much easier, 4 5970s in either and you'll pull you hair out for a week but it's very satisfying when accomplished.

Got a big NO!

Sorry man.  I tried!  Unless you can do a loan with me directly to you, I cannot do it.

I tried!

Come on guys, I ask you to make offers, but you never do and always ask me to quote a price... that's no fun! Smiley

Alright David_Benz... let's say I can sell you 15 cards for 1190 BTC. I will save you negotiation time, this is my rock bottom price.

Okay and that would be about 12 Ghash, right?
How big of PSU do I need to run 2 of those on one machine?
Thanks.

At stock clocks, 10.5 Gh/s.
Overclocked, sure, many people do 770 Mh/s per card, so 11.6 Gh/s.

2 non-overclocked GPUs (but mem downclocked), on a super-lean config draws only 670W (730W at the wall), so a 700W PSU would be sufficient.
If you overclock, prefer at least a 900W PSU.

Personally I run 3 cards with downclocked memory on a 1200W PSU (1110W at the wall).

Windows or Linux?

I am not sure 3 dual GPU cards can run on Windows.  My problem is the mobos I have do not like BAMT.

I have 950w PC Power and Cooling PSUs.  Should handle those good.

I have put in an order with my other loan shark.  He usually does not get back to me for 24 hours.  I will let you know if he says yes!!!

I am NOT asking you to hold anything for me, so sell away if anyone wants to buy. Smiley

Thanks.

How many do you have left and how much for the entire bundle?

Thanks.

I am dead serious.  I will just have to ask my loan shark.
