It's not a 40 percent discount..it means you are paying 40 percent of the balance.
For example, if you wanted to buy $100 of Dunkin Donuts you would be paying $40 = 40 percent
i think he is asking when u are going to raise it BACK UP TO 50% because u started out at 50%. he just not very clear.

Dunkin Donuts doesn't let you transfer balances, you basically just add the card to the app - there is no limit of cards you can have loaded as far as I know though.
