For M, has Vista been registered?  Is the HDD otherwise clean except for copy of windows?

It is a fresh install so other than the OS, the drive is empty and it is an authentic license if that's what you mean by registered.

By registered I mean that you have already entered the Windows Product Key to activate it...or that you have the Windows product key available for activation.

You really need about 10 to 20 lbs of scrap motherboards and pci/isa cards to make any real value.  When you have that much, usualy $3 a pound is possible.  Junk cases are not worth keeping/shipping.

If you can not find a buyer, keep the CPUs.  They are worth about $3 each and are easier to ship.  I sell 20-30 at a time and usually get $100.
