I am open to offers. It is a beautiful and unique ring but its not doing me any good sitting around. Someone should be wearing it. Smiley

Damn, I find myself wanting to buy this, but I just can't. Tongue
Good luck with the sales though. Seems a good price for a natural diamond without enhancement.

Need to get rid of this beautiful and unique engagement ring. I just dropped the price by another grand if you pay via bitcoin. Otherwise check out my listing on ebay.

Thanks!

^Yep... It'll work but you have to buy a diamond double the value of the original... so >$11,000 basically.

Doesnt blue nile have an upgrade program? Im shopping for a different diamond that could potentially cost more than yours. Maybe we can work something out so we can both win... Get the details from bluenile first, then pm me if its something we should look into.

did u get a chance to look into this?

If I have a hard time selling Jewellery here for 0.1BTC that doesn't need to be sized you're going to have an even more difficult time selling an engagement ring of all things for that much money, you'll probably need to go elsewhere for it sadly but good luck.

I think the only people that can the de beers people Cheesy Otherwise like many people said diamonds worth nothing. Its still great that you can sell it back to someone . People usually buy it directly from diamond sellers , not second hand hence there is no second market diamon ring market , and the one that exist is so tiny it doesnt compare to retail. If I were you I would face the fact that It worths about nothing and go to place you bought and sell it back to them for fracture of its price and be done with it for 2 reasons , 1- you will not get a good price anyway , 2- get rid of it so you would not remember what it was for.

unfortunately used jewelery is worse than new cars in terms of immediate depreciation. The second it leaves the jewelery store, it loses most of its value.  Good luck with your sale.

That's why I bought my wife's engagement ring and wedding band set from a spurned lover on craigslist at a significant discount.
I was not consciously aware of The Bullshit, but I was apparently keen to the ploy of DeBeers, et al
Eff 'em, the rings are what they are, nothing more nothing less, despite what the diamond cabal spiels incessantly.
I'm hoping to get a special anniversary ring at some point through similar means.

The OP's is certainly out of my price range at this time, but it is an extremely nice piece.
I wish him the best of luck with the sale, but the appraised value is not going to happen, imho.

It reminds me of the lessons learned through baseball cards as a pre-adolescent.
Price guides were grossly inflated with those commodities, as are diamonds when being appraised by gemologists.
