Yes I agree, when buying an account never ask someone to fund your account or you will get blocked, even account to account transfer aren't safe if you accept them from an unreliable source.Though Got suspended

I can also confirm that changing account details won't affect your account, I do this every few months with my own accounts. I changed emails and passwords to 2 of my accounts about a week ago and they still work.
What I will tell you now is to never buy bank transfers from Localbitcoins because it won't end well.
