All in all im happy with it, it came like new, not even a single dirt on it, all the cables included
EXCEPT the pci1-to-pc16 which he said he would include with every card.
It was a good buy

Postage for 1 card (weights approx. 2kg with original box) is around 16 EUR or 1.5 BTC to anywhere in EU, if you want tracking then i think its a bit more (if you want i can look it up, but i dont think its worth it..).
