For what i know about amazon.com, they dont allow transferring of gift card balance on 1 account to another.

On Amazon.com, I got my own main account wheres "some" AGC Balance, my idea is to create FRESH Amazon.com and transfer from my main account $10-$30 to that Fresh account and I would sell those accounts.
