As far as i know GTA V is not steamworks, so there aren't in circulation reedemable steam codes. I really haven't understood what OP is trying to selling. (Not arguing about legit or not, just if is delivered as a steam gift or it's something different)
Never tried selling it on g2a to be fair, the site I bought it off doesn't accept refunds and I just want to sell it now I've had it a few days.
Was a free gift to a friend getting engaged who already owns the game.
