Die temp can be dropped significantly using Liquid Pro TIM...
What are u using for a TIM?

I switched from AS5 -> Liquid Pro on my habs and it dropped temp a good 15-20C

Right now I'm using the factory TIM applied on the water block from Corsair H100i cooling system. I did not try AS5 or Liquid Pro because I was concern with the TIM conductivity.

I'm partial to this one, I think it might have started as one of my personal boards. Smiley

Your guess is correct, this is the board I got from you in exchange for the one with issues.

I fix broken miners. And make holes in teeth :-)
*nod* Ok, still a fair bit of power. I like the dual lines of FETs around the chip, excellent design.

My bid was overbid, so I'll stop hijacking this. :-)

Runs at 100c+ indicated? That's a hot little power supply ground plane. When you get to 120-150c you start shoot-through on your FET pairs.

Interesting.

That's the actual die temp. The board temp will be lower.

Also if possible can you post some cgminer stats?  Just curious what sorta HW errors these get.
