I think the winner didn't buy and the account was not sold and he is reopening the auction. Another topic would be best to avoid confusion

Your auction ended over one month ago according to the terms in OP.

Shouldn't you have contacted the winner by now and proceed with the transaction?

So what is the last REAL bid in this auction? It should be closed long time ago.

The OP should tell us the new starting bid if he want to sell this account. It is not clear from the posts.

I think there are too Newbie here for pumping price

When auction end?

Newbies have more incentive to buy accounts. But it is difficult to know if they have the funds to do that.
What auction sellers normally do is to forbid newbies to bid or ask them pay buy it now. Or provide a message from a Bitcoin address holding enough  fund for the bidding.

He might farm the new account and sell it when the account has higher rank. That is his contribution to the forum.
