What potential activity even means? It mean that account was created long time ago and with proper posting it could reach that potential activity by now? But I thought that you can't post boost your account to that potential activity, no matter what, if you did not post properly in the past? Am I wrong?
Potential activity is the number of activity you can have in a period of time. In 14 days an account can have a maximum 14 activity increase if he posted 14 posts.
