Op contacted me via PM to buy my xrp at laughable prices. I recommend not engaging with him or her since spamming bad offers shows in my opinion quite a bit of character...

Unless the op adds a way to buy xrp at prices close to his bid prices from him, I recommend regarding his "offers"as scam and him as spammer.
