The reason I asked is because I'm in the USA. The only people who would buy these online are from the USA since it's available in almost every other country in the world
Wouldn't it be the person that ordered that would get the fine for ordering those to get imported in a country where it is ilegal?

SO kinder eggs are banned in the US because they contain a non eddible toy onside? Pretty crazy to hear huh? 
If you look it up in wikipedia you'll see this statement from the US Food and Drug Administration The embedded non-nutritive objects in these confectionery products may pose a public health risk as the consumer may unknowingly choke on the object. It seems to me like they are trying to fool proof food products that are on the market. But seriously though, someone would have to be something more than illiterate to accidentaly choke on a chocolate egg that even on it's package says it has a toy inside.
