Not at the moment, you can trade buds for keys yourself though. I've lowered the price to $29 per bud.

Sorry about being away for such a long time. Some unfair things came along that discouraged me from trading for a while. Fortunately that issue was resolved but it became increasingly harder to find tf2 items for cheap. I had to increase the price a little bit.

Keys and buds have been restocked. Reduced the price on bill's hats (anybody who bought bill's hats before will be subject to a double discount).
