No, he means while it's turned on. 
We drove to Dallas about 4 months ago (5 hours) and it made it there and back for her. Seriously I have no idea, it rarely needed a charge.

I have a beautiful Kindle Fire for sale with very minor scratches (almost none). There are no problems with the unit whatsoever. I simply have no need for it as my daughter just HAD to have an iPad for her birthday. I have factory reset the device so it will come to you just as if it were out of the box. I am asking $95 in btc equivalent or Capital One 360/ING which includes shipping to anywhere in the US. I will provide the tracking number via PM. If you want a charger and cable add $5. Most people have these laying around all over the place though.
